Return Window
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
Return Eligibility

Return Reasons
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to change of mind or customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund & Replacement

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process either a refund or a replacement, based on the customer’s request.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only if the item is in its original condition.
Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs.
Delivered Orders
If an order is marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly.
We can assist in opening a claim, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
